Rowhouse Renovation in Washington D.C.

In this Washington, DC rowhouse, we completed a full first-floor remodel. The homeowner wanted a more spacious and open layout, as the original kitchen, living room, and dining room felt cramped. We removed interior walls and transformed the entire level into an open-concept design that now includes a modern kitchen, living room, dining area, powder room, and a new broom closet – creating a brighter, more functional space.
